Position Title: HVAC Crew Lead

Position Overview:

  • Supervise a group of Technicians in executing both preventative and corrective maintenance tasks
  • Delegate and track work progress to uphold quality benchmarks and deadlines
  • Assess work for precision and thoroughness
  • Offer mentorship, coaching, and training to team members

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Guide a team of individual contributors
  • Monitor and evaluate the activities and performance of Technicians
  • Conduct regular facility assessments and inspections
  • Maintain, diagnose, and repair mechanical and electrical systems
  • Coordinate and support preventative maintenance initiatives
  • Engage in facility-related projects
  • Ensure adherence to safety regulations

Work Requirements:

  • Willingness to work shifts, be on-call, and respond to emergencies
  • Utilize personal protective equipment as necessary
  • Capability to operate at multiple locations

Education & Experience:

  • Completion of high school along with technical or vocational training
  • 3-5 years of pertinent experience

Knowledge & Skills:

  • 5+ years of experience in facility operations and maintenance
  • Preferred experience in people leadership
  • Proficient in leading a team and following established processes
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Up-to-date knowledge of safety codes and standards

Licenses & Certifications:

  • Trade certification in Refrigeration, Electrical, or Plumbing
  • Valid driver's license
  • Must fulfill security clearance criteria
