Position Title: HVAC Crew Lead

Position Overview:

  • Supervise a group of Technicians in executing both preventative and corrective maintenance tasks.
  • Delegate and track work assignments to guarantee adherence to quality benchmarks and deadlines.
  • Evaluate completed work for precision and thoroughness.
  • Offer mentorship, coaching, and training to team members.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of skilled professionals.
  • Oversee and assess the activities and performance of Technicians.
  • Conduct regular inspections and monitoring of facilities.
  • Maintain, diagnose, and repair mechanical and electrical systems.
  • Coordinate and support preventative maintenance initiatives.
  • Engage in facility-related projects.
  • Ensure adherence to safety regulations.

Work Conditions:

  • Must be available for shifts, on-call duties, and emergency responses.
  • Required to wear personal protective equipment as necessary.
  • Capability to work across multiple sites.

Qualifications:

  • Completion of high school education along with relevant technical or business training.
  • 3-5 years of pertinent experience in the field.

Skills & Expertise:

  • Minimum of 5 years in facility operations and maintenance.
  • Experience in leading teams is preferred.
  • Proficient in team leadership and process adherence.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of safety codes and standards.

Certifications:

  • Trade certification in Refrigeration, Electrical, or Plumbing.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Must fulfill security clearance criteria.
