Position Overview

Qualifications

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome visitors and guide them to the appropriate contacts or service areas.
  • Provide essential information to clients and the general public.
  • Collect and process information necessary for delivering excellent customer service.
  • Document and communicate information effectively.
  • Manage appointment scheduling and confirmations.
  • Maintain accurate work records and logs.
  • Perform clerical tasks, including filing, sorting, and distributing correspondence.
  • Handle telephone inquiries and relay messages as needed.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service.
