Job Title: Administrative Assistant

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team at Buffalo Airways Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Office Administration: Provide administrative support to our team, including scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, and responding to emails.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including financial statements, reports, and other documents.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with our team, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Problem Solving: Identify and resolve administrative issues in a timely and efficient manner.
Requirements:
  • Education: Post-secondary education in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 3 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, proficiency in MS Office, and ability to work independently.
