Reservations Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Reservations Supervisor to join our team at The Bruce Hotel. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for coordinating activities with other work units or departments, establishing work schedules and procedures, and ensuring that safety standards and departmental policies are met.
Key Responsibilities- Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments
- Establish work schedules and procedures
- Perform same duties as workers supervised
- Prepare and submit reports
- Resolve work problems, provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
- Assist clients/guests with special needs
- Co-ordinate, assign and review work
- Hire and train staff in job duties, safety procedures and company policies
- Supervise staff
The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, standing for extended periods, and a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. The work term is permanent, and the work language is English. The hours of work are 30 to 40 hours per week.
