Office Coordinator

At Save On BlackTop, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office, ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities.
Key Responsibilities:- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our office, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing correspondence.
- Record Management: Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records in processing requests under government access to information and privacy legislation.
- Office Services: Co-ordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
- Financial Management: Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
- Reporting and Data Entry: Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence. Perform data entry and maintain accurate records.
- Training and Development: Train staff and oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures.
Requirements:
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Permanent employment.
- English language proficiency.
- 40 hours per week.
