Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Service Team Member to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a Food Service Team Member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our guests have a positive experience in our restaurants.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Service
    • Prepare and serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and efficient manner.
    • Operate a cash register and process transactions accurately.
    • Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving issues in a professional manner.
    • Ensure that guests have a positive experience in our restaurants, exceeding their expectations.
  • Inventory and Stock Management
    • Receive, unpack, and store supplies and inventory in a timely and efficient manner.
    • Count and reconcile inventory on a regular basis, reporting any discrepancies to management.
  • Teamwork and Communication
    • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales and customer service goals.
    • Communicate effectively with guests, team members, and management, providing clear and concise information.
Requirements

Working Conditions

This is a permanent, full-time position, working 35 hours per week. The work language is English.
