    • Monitor and maintain accurate records of food inventory, sales, and waste.
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
    • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Operations and Administration
    • Establish and maintain efficient work schedules and procedures to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
    • Prepare and submit reports as required.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role.
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
    • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures.
Working Conditions

This is a permanent full-time position, working 35 hours per week. The work environment is fast-paced and requires the ability to work under pressure.
