Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and quality of food and service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Team Management
    • Supervise and train food service staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide excellent customer service and prepare high-quality food.
    • Establish and maintain a positive and productive work environment that promotes teamwork and open communication.
  • Food Quality and Safety
    • Ensure that all food and beverages meet our high standards of quality and safety.
    • Conduct regular quality control checks to identify and address any issues.
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
    • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Operations and Administration
    • Manage inventory and supplies to ensure that we have the necessary resources to meet customer demand.
    • Prepare and submit reports to management on sales, inventory, and other key performance indicators.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role.
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly.
    • Knowledge of food safety and quality control procedures.
Working Conditions

This is a permanent, full-time position that requires a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. You will be working in a fast-paced environment and will be required to work under pressure at times.
