Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and train a team of food service staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to provide excellent customer service and prepare high-quality food.
    • Establish and maintain a positive and productive work environment that promotes teamwork and open communication.
  • Food Quality and Safety
    • Ensure that all food is prepared and presented to the highest standards of quality and safety.
    • Monitor and maintain accurate records of food inventory, sales, and waste to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
    • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Operations and Administration
    • Establish and maintain efficient systems and procedures for food preparation, service, and inventory management.
    • Prepare and submit reports on sales, inventory, and other key performance indicators.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
  • Work Setting
    • Fast-paced environment with a focus on customer satisfaction and quality of food and service.
  • Physical Capabilities
    • Ability to work in a combination of sitting, standing, and walking environments.
  • Personal Suitability
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work under pressure and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
Working Conditions

This is a permanent, full-time position with a 35-hour workweek. The work language is English.
