About the Role

360°kids is a leading community agency serving York Region, dedicated to improving the lives of unhoused and marginalized youth and families. We provide a unique continuum of care approach with programs and services that are essential to the health and well-being of youth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Program Development and Evaluation
    • Develop, direct, and implement quality procedures, standards, and specifications to achieve 360°kids' goals and objectives.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to create effective partnerships and ensure integration of all programs.
    • Provide expertise in program evaluations, survey instruments, and data analysis.
  • Research and Data Analysis
    • Conduct research projects to support industry best practices and develop new programs and services.
    • Oversee and analyze qualitative and quantitative data to inform strategies, performance objectives, and program results.
  • Leadership and Management
    • Lead a diverse staff team, including recruitment, selection, training, development, and retention.
    • Manage for high performance, empowering staff, team building, coaching/mentoring, and motivation.
  • Reporting and Communication
    • Record, analyze, and distribute statistical information to senior leadership, the Board of Directors, and regulatory agencies.
    • Update job knowledge by studying trends and developments in quality management.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Work or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years management experience in the not-for-profit sector.
  • Sufficient experience to demonstrate extensive knowledge of working with street involved youth.
  • Familiarity with quality management tools, concepts, and methodologies.
  • Current First Aid/CPR certification and vulnerable sector screening.
  • Strong leadership skills, motivation, delegation, coaching/mentoring, and empowerment skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organization, and time management skills.
  • Ability to encourage/stimulate new ideas within the program areas and organization.
  • Strong communication skills, including public speaking and presentations.
  • Relationship building skills to support relationships with managers, peers, and stakeholders.
  • Strong personal ethics and integrity; ability to motivate and manage others.
