About the Role

Adecco Canada is seeking a highly skilled and bilingual Technical Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients in both English and French.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide first-level technical support to customers via phone, chat, and email.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Assist customers with technical troubleshooting, including site navigation, login issues, and functionality across multiple platforms.
  • Record details of inquiries, comments, and complaints in software tools.
  • Act on chat and email inquiries and requests in a timely manner.
  • Perform outbound calls to follow up on outstanding issues or to ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Research and liaise with internal teams to help resolve issues, concerns, and discrepancies.
  • Perform various administrative and clerical duties as required.
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role from a high-volume call center setting.
  • Completed post-secondary education or related work experience in lieu of a degree.
  • Exceptional English and French communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong skills with technology, including CRM tools, and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Outgoing, professional, and enthusiastic team player with a focus on high-level client service.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, ability to think on their feet, and remain calm and professional at all times.
  • Highly organized and strong follow-through skills.
  • Ability to work shifts in the EST time zone and pass a criminal background check.
