Senior Learning Solutions Specialist

InSync is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Learning Solutions Specialist to join our team on a 7-month contract basis, with the possibility of extension.
This role offers a hybrid work schedule, requiring at least four days in the office, adhering to an 8-hour workday, totaling 40 hours per week.
About the RoleAs a Senior Learning Solutions Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving learning initiatives within our organization. You will be responsible for managing projects, collaborating with stakeholders, and overseeing relationships with external vendors who provide learning services. Your expertise in instructional design, project management, and vendor management will be instrumental in delivering impactful learning solutions that align with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Vendor Management: Supervise external learning vendors to ensure their products adhere to adult learning principles, timelines, and business objectives. Develop and maintain a vendor management strategy, including processes and procedures for selecting, evaluating, and onboarding vendors.
- Learning Needs Analysis: Partner with internal business partners to identify training needs, analyze learning gaps, and develop strategic learning solutions that support organizational goals.
- Project Management: Lead and manage learning projects from conception to completion, including developing project plans, schedules, and coordinating activities. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet stakeholder expectations.
- Instructional Design: Contribute to the design and development of engaging and effective learning materials using various instructional methodologies and technologies.
- Communication & Collaboration: Build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, effectively communicate project updates, and foster a collaborative learning environment.
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual with a passion for learning and development. The ideal candidate will possess:
- A Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a learning and development role, with a focus on vendor management and project leadership.
- Proven expertise in instructional design methodologies (ADDIE/SAM) and eLearning content development tools (e.g., Articulate, Captivate).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
