We are currently looking for a Senior Learning and Development Analyst to join our Human Resources team, reporting directly to the HR Manager. This pivotal role encompasses a variety of responsibilities, including participation in our SAP implementation project, overseeing talent and performance management, and managing learning management systems (LMS), along with engaging in special projects as they arise.

Key Responsibilities:

Execute performance and goals (P&G) within the ARC SAP framework Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop comprehensive SAP training programs Partner with HR specialists to design and deliver organization-wide SuccessFactors training Work alongside HR Business Partners to manage the annual performance evaluation cycle Create end-to-end learning solutions that align with identified training needs; engage with existing learning vendors and explore new opportunities Facilitate the execution of learning and development initiatives by coordinating logistics, materials, and venue support Lead the implementation of the LMS as part of the ARC SAP initiative Oversee daily LMS operations, ensuring optimal functionality and user accessibility Contribute to the development and dissemination of policies across the organization Create training materials to support the rollout of new policies Collaborate with business units to establish functional competencies

Required Qualifications:

A minimum of 10 years of experience in human resources A post-secondary degree in a relevant discipline such as Human Resources, Business, Organizational Development, or Adult Education Proficiency with SAP systems Strong public speaking abilities In-depth understanding of adult learning principles Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy Proficient in MS Office 365 applications Excellent written communication skills Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively in a dynamic environment
