Job Summary

Hadi's Restaurant is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our kitchen and front-of-house areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of our kitchen and service staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet our high standards.
  • Quality Control: Establish and maintain quality control procedures to ensure that our food and service meet the highest standards.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, including ordering and receiving supplies, to ensure that we have the necessary ingredients and materials to meet customer demand.
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service.
  • Reporting and Record-Keeping: Prepare and submit regular reports on sales, stock levels, and other key performance indicators.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week
