Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at THE MODERN PUNJAB RESTAURANT. As a key member of our restaurant operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our kitchen and food service areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and Implement Operational Procedures

Develop and implement effective methods to meet work schedules, ensuring that our kitchen and food service areas are running efficiently and effectively.

Manage Food and Kitchen Supplies

Requisition and manage food and kitchen supplies, ensuring that we have the necessary resources to deliver high-quality food and service to our customers.

Supervise and Coordinate Staff

Supervise and coordinate the activities of our kitchen and food service staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are working effectively and efficiently.

Train and Develop Staff

Train and develop our kitchen and food service staff, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality food and service to our customers.

Ensure Quality Control

Ensure that our food and service meet the highest quality control standards, maintaining a clean and safe working environment for our staff and customers.

Manage Records and Reports

Manage records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, preparing and submitting reports as required.

Supervise Assembly and Delivery

Supervise and check the assembly of trays and delivery of food trolleys, ensuring that our food is delivered to our customers in a timely and efficient manner.

Requirements
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Permanent employment
  • English as the primary language of work
  • 40 hours per week
