Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at THE MODERN PUNJAB RESTAURANT. As a key member of our restaurant operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our kitchen and food service areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and Implement Operational Procedures

Develop and implement effective methods to meet work schedules, ensuring seamless service delivery and high-quality food production.

Inventory Management and Requisitioning

Oversee the requisitioning of food and kitchen supplies, maintaining accurate records of stock levels and ensuring timely replenishment.

Staff Supervision and Training

Supervise and coordinate the activities of kitchen staff, providing guidance and training on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.

Quality Control and Assurance

Ensure that food and service meet our high quality control standards, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.

Reporting and Record-Keeping

Prepare and submit accurate reports on stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for business improvement.

Requirements
  • Education and Experience

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate and 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Language and Work Schedule

Fluent in English and able to work 40 hours per week.
