Key Responsibilities:
  • Schedule Work: Plan and coordinate the work schedule for our nail technicians to ensure efficient use of time and resources.
  • Monitor Quality and Production: Maintain high standards of quality and productivity by monitoring nail art, nail care, and customer satisfaction.
  • Oversee Cleaning and Maintenance: Ensure the salon is clean, organized, and well-maintained, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Requisition and Order Materials: Source and purchase necessary materials, equipment, and supplies to maintain a well-stocked salon.
  • Resolve Work Problems: Address any issues or concerns that may arise, providing technical advice and recommending measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Supervise and Train Staff: Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of our nail technicians, providing training and guidance as needed.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Work Environment: Noisy and odorous work environment.
  • Work Setting: Willing to relocate.
  • Physical Capabilities: Combination of sitting, standing, and walking, with standing for extended periods.
  • Personal Suitability: Organized, reliable, and a team player.
