Key Responsibilities:
  • Schedule Work: Plan and coordinate the work schedules of our nail technicians to ensure efficient service delivery.
  • Monitor Quality and Production Levels: Maintain high standards of quality and productivity by monitoring and evaluating the work of our nail technicians.
  • Oversee Cleaning and Maintenance: Ensure the cleanliness and organization of our salon, including the cleaning of specialty and difficult items.
  • Requisition and Order Materials: Source and procure necessary materials, equipment, and supplies to maintain our salon's operations.
  • Resolve Work Problems and Provide Technical Advice: Troubleshoot and resolve work-related issues, provide technical guidance, and recommend improvements to enhance productivity and product quality.
  • Supervise and Coordinate Activities: Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of our nail technicians, including reviewing their work and providing feedback.
  • Train Staff and Workers: Train and develop our nail technicians in their job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
Work Environment and Conditions:

Our nail salon is a fast-paced environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. You will be required to stand for extended periods, and you must be comfortable working in a noisy and odorous environment.
