Nail Salon Supervisor Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and reliable Nail Salon Supervisor to join our team at NAILS FOR YOU UPPER CANADA MALL. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our nail salon, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of nail technicians, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality service.
  • Monitor and maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Requisition and order necessary materials, equipment, and supplies to maintain optimal salon operations.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to nail technicians, promoting continuous improvement and productivity.
  • Train and develop staff members, ensuring they possess the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, withstanding noise and odors.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on teamwork and customer satisfaction.
