Site Maintenance Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Cleaning and Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at Park Inn Motel. As a key member of our facilities operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our property.
Key Responsibilities- Hire and Train Staff: Recruit, train, and supervise a team of cleaning staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Site Inspections: Conduct regular site inspections to identify areas for improvement and ensure that our facilities meet the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.
- Co-ordinate Activities: Co-ordinate the activities of our cleaning staff to ensure that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Recommend Services: Identify and recommend additional services required to maintain our facilities, such as painting, repair work, or replacement of furnishings and equipment.
- Assist Cleaners: Assist our cleaning staff in performing their duties as needed.
- Co-ordinate with Other Departments: Co-ordinate work activities with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Establish Work Schedules: Establish work schedules for our cleaning staff to ensure that tasks are completed on time.

- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
- Language: English

- Work Term: Permanent
