Job Title: Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at OFS Fire Prevention.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office. This includes tasks such as data entry, customer service, and document management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Data Entry: Accurately and efficiently enter data into our systems, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Document Management: Sort, process, and verify applications, receipts, and other documents, ensuring they are accurately filed and easily accessible.
  • Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to our team, including photocopying, collating, and distributing documents.
Requirements:
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook, as well as experience with accounting software and Adobe Acrobat Reader.
