Key Responsibilities- Educational Requirements: Completion of a college, CEGEP, or equivalent non-university program lasting between 3 months to less than 1 year.
- Administrative Duties: Evaluate and refine administrative processes to enhance efficiency.
- Assign tasks to office support personnel and oversee their work.
- Set work priorities, ensuring adherence to procedures and timely completion of tasks.
- Manage the administrative functions of the organization.
- Implement policies regarding the handling of records in compliance with government access to information and privacy laws.
- Coordinate office services, including logistics for accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, and maintenance.
- Assist in formulating the operational budget while maintaining inventory and budgetary oversight.
- Compile data and generate regular and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
- Supervise and streamline office administrative procedures.
- Minimum of 7 months to less than 1 year of relevant experience.
- Employment Type: Permanent position.
- Working Language: English.
- Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
