About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Best Centered Care Agency Inc. as a Medical Administrative Assistant.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Communication: Interview patients to obtain comprehensive case histories, ensuring accurate and detailed information is recorded.
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule and confirm appointments, ensuring seamless communication with patients and healthcare providers.
  • Administrative Tasks: Complete insurance and other claim forms, maintain accurate filing systems, and order supplies as needed.
  • Travel Arrangements: Arrange travel, itineraries, and make reservations as required.
  • Office Procedures: Establish and maintain office procedures and routines, ensuring efficient workflow.
  • Document Management: Enter and format electronic medical reports and correspondence, prepare spreadsheets and documents for review, and maintain confidential medical files and records.
  • Meeting Support: Prepare draft agendas for meetings, take minutes, and distribute them to relevant parties.
  • Data Entry: Perform data entry tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to patients, healthcare providers, and internal stakeholders.
