Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Business Development Manager to join our team at Acosta. As a key member of our sales and marketing team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strategic relationships with our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business plans to drive sales growth and market share for our clients.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at our customer accounts.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop solutions to drive growth.

  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market share.

  • Provide regular sales reports and updates to management.

  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

  • Minimum of 6 months of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the CPG industry.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.

  • Valid driver's license.
