Inside Account Executive - Drive Revenue Growth at TD SYNNEX Canada ULC

About the Role

As a Business Development Manager at TD SYNNEX Canada ULC, you will be responsible for managing key accounts, driving revenue and market share through strategic business plans. This role requires collaboration and leadership to ensure a positive customer experience and handle complex issues with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

  • Travel up to 25% for customer meetings and events
  • Manage territory profitability and growth
  • Develop and negotiate business plans with customers
  • Build strong relationships with customers and vendor partners
  • Maintain strong relationships with all levels within accounts
  • Develop sales strategies and delegate tasks
  • Drive revenue growth in assigned territory
  • Expand strategic accounts and projects
  • Generate new business opportunities through proactive outreach
  • Collaborate on proposals and strategic presentations
  • Manage projects during customer onboarding

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in business development or sales
  • Post-secondary degree in business or a related field
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Negotiation and persuasive communication skills
  • Excellent time management abilities
  • Advanced computer skills
