Position Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned Lead Product Strategist to spearhead our dynamic development team. The ideal candidate will possess a sharp analytical mindset, identifying gaps in healthcare offerings and devising innovative solutions. You will play a pivotal role in guiding cross-functional teams to create products that enhance user experience and expand market presence.

Objectives of this Role:

  • Lead the product and business-planning initiatives across various teams within the organization.
  • Evaluate customer needs, market trends, and potential partnerships with a focus on return on investment and strategic development.
  • Conduct competitive analysis to identify opportunities for product differentiation.
  • Translate product requirements into actionable programs for successful implementation.
  • Establish and manage production timelines across multiple departments.
  • Craft core messaging and positioning for product communications, including updates and customer interactions.
  • Oversee change requests and manage project scope, implementation, and deployment.
  • Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC), quality assurance processes, and Agile methodologies.

What you will be doing:

  • Oversee the complete product lifecycle for our flagship solutions, including market research, competitive analysis, and product launch strategies.
  • Convert product strategy into detailed specifications for development teams.
  • Develop strategic documents outlining business cases, use cases, technical requirements, and revenue projections.
  • Exhibit expertise in user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) design, translating complex user needs into seamless interactions.
  • Engage with customers to gather feedback on products and share progress updates.

  • Successfully consolidate multiple product instances onto a unified platform.
  • Enhance user workflows, minimizing administrative burdens and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Achieve continuous improvements in product development quality and delivery timelines.
  • Implement an agile framework for product development, providing leadership with insights on delivery rates and project velocity.
  • Foster collaboration and efficiency within teams by providing clear product and project management visibility.

You have:

  • A degree in software product design or engineering.
  • Demonstrated experience in project and product management utilizing tools such as JIRA.
  • A proven track record of managing successful products throughout their lifecycle.
  • Ability to develop effective product and marketing strategies and communicate progress to leadership.
  • A solid technical foundation with hands-on experience in software development.
  • Strong cross-functional team management skills.
  • Experience in delivering targeted product marketing strategies.
  • A master's degree in product design or engineering is preferred.
  • Prior experience in software and web development.
