The Role

As a Lead Product Strategist at Arteria AI, you will take a pivotal role in enhancing our enterprise SaaS platform focused on digital contracting.

Our ideal candidate prioritizes customer needs, enjoys crafting sophisticated solutions to intricate enterprise challenges, coordinates resources across the organization to realize these solutions, and is committed to delivering significant value to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary advocate for identifying market demands, shaping product vision, strategies, and roadmaps aligned with broader organizational objectives.
  • Serve as the champion for customers and users, providing guidance on best practices and solutions to fulfill their goals while advancing the product's strategic objectives.
  • Incorporate research, market insights, and usage data into product specifications to improve customer and user satisfaction.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive product vision, define product specifications, and coordinate resources from various departments (design, legal, etc.) to ensure successful end-to-end delivery of solutions.

What You Bring:

We are looking for a Lead Product Strategist with the following qualifications:

  • Over 7 years of relevant experience, including at least 3 years in a Product role within enterprise SaaS. Experience in banking, fintech, or legal sectors is highly advantageous.
  • Customer-centric mindset: Understand our clients, empathize with our users, and design for the market.
  • Strategic Insight: Develop a comprehensive understanding of market trends, user requirements, and the competitive landscape to steer Arteria's strategic initiatives.
  • Product Development: Lead the complete product development lifecycle, from concept to launch.
  • Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Work effectively with stakeholders across various departments, including data science, development, and professional services, to ensure smooth product integration and market strategies.
  • Project Management: Oversee project timelines, resources, and budgets to guarantee timely delivery of high-quality products within defined parameters.
  • A strong sense of curiosity.
