We are excited to collaborate with a prestigious brand for this outstanding opportunity to recruit the next Regional Product Educator.

In this role, you will play a pivotal part in enhancing LG AV's brand visibility and driving product sales.

You will take charge of your designated territory, ensuring effective in-store merchandising. Your responsibilities will include supporting national retailers and independent stores in achieving their retail goals. You will coach and inspire in-store sales representatives to align with LG's objectives.
Assume responsibility for training, merchandising, and compliance within your area.
Conduct engaging in-store training sessions to foster brand loyalty and product understanding.
Establish and maintain strong relationships within stores.
Mentor and guide in-store LG sales representatives while sharing best practices.

Strategically plan your store visits by analyzing sales data, managing time, and balancing workload to meet KPIs.

Demonstrate your commercial insight and the influence you have on your territory.
Participate in regular training workshops, events, and updates from LG.
Experience in product training, field marketing, and retail operations is advantageous.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills are essential.
Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook is required.
Must be flexible, adaptable, and capable of managing shifting priorities.
Possess strong analytical skills and the ability to make informed decisions based on data.
