Reporting directly to the Regional Director, you will take the helm of the entire region, motivating and leading our team of Associates while driving operational excellence.

Your Responsibilities:

Essential Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business or a related discipline, or a combination of relevant education and experience.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a client-focused, retail, or similar environment, showcasing effective leadership and a commitment to success.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills in English, enabling you to connect effortlessly with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities while achieving exceptional results within tight timelines.
  • Analytical thinker with a knack for problem-solving and a natural inclination towards innovative solutions.
  • Willingness to accommodate flexible schedules and the ability to travel up to 50% during peak seasons.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license, a reliable vehicle, and current vehicle insurance.
