Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Production Coordinator to join our team at Canada Royal Milk ULC. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating activities with other work units or departments, monitoring the movement of supplies and materials, and ensuring the proper functioning of equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure smooth production operations.
  • Monitor the movement of supplies and materials between departments to optimize inventory levels and reduce waste.
  • Perform routine clerical duties, including data entry and record-keeping.
  • Ensure the proper functioning of equipment, including milking systems, to maintain high-quality production standards.
  • Coordinate activities with warehouse and production units to ensure timely delivery of materials and products.
  • Monitor production progress and identify areas for improvement to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Develop and implement quality management and quality assurance standards to ensure compliance with industry regulations.
  • Plan, organize, and oversee operational logistics to ensure seamless production operations.
Requirements
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a production or operations role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset.
