Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Production Manager to join our team at Trans-United Consultants Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the production process, ensuring efficient operations, and maintaining a high level of quality control.

Key Responsibilities
  • Production Planning
    • Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demands and company goals.
    • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth production flow.
  • Inventory Management
    • Monitor and control inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstocking.
    • Implement just-in-time inventory systems to optimize storage and reduce waste.
  • Quality Control
    • Establish and maintain quality control procedures to ensure products meet company standards.
    • Conduct regular audits to identify areas for improvement.
  • Team Management
    • Supervise and train production staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
    • Provide coaching and feedback to improve employee performance.
  • Cost Control
    • Develop and manage budgets to ensure cost-effectiveness and profitability.
    • Identify areas for cost reduction and implement process improvements.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
  • Experience
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in production management or a related field.
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
