This is your opportunity to step into the role of Regional Operations Manager, overseeing 17 flourishing offices in the vibrant Kingston-Belleville area.

The Role:

Reporting directly to the Regional Director, you will take the helm of the entire region, motivating and guiding our team of Associates while driving the operational success of the District.

With a sharp focus on market dynamics, you will devise region-specific strategies to attract new clientele, boost revenue, and enhance client satisfaction.

Moreover, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our organization by mentoring and developing a team of outstanding Associates, ensuring their ongoing growth and success.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Inspire and lead your district, managing daily operations and steering your team towards exceptional performance.
  • Develop and execute district-specific strategies to foster client growth, increase revenue, and improve the overall client experience.
  • Effectively manage annual budgets and optimize workforce allocation to maximize efficiency and productivity.
  • Organize and lead local business development initiatives that attract new clients and enhance our brand visibility.
  • Source, recruit, interview, train, and mentor a talented team of seasonal and off-season Associates.
  • Contribute to strategic analysis of our retail footprint, making informed decisions regarding office placements.
  • Promptly address and resolve client issues, ensuring strict compliance with standard operating procedures.
  • Stay ahead of the competition by monitoring their activities and providing strategic insights to maintain our competitive advantage.

Essential Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business or a related discipline, or a combination of relevant education and experience.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a client-focused, retail, or similar environment, showcasing effective leadership and a commitment to success.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and English communication skills, enabling you to connect effortlessly with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities while delivering exceptional results within tight timelines.
  • Adept problem solver with an analytical mindset and a natural inclination towards innovative solutions.
  • Flexibility to accommodate irregular schedules and the capacity to travel up to 50% during peak seasons.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license, a dependable vehicle, and current vehicle insurance.
