Key Responsibilities
  • Training and Development: Provide on-the-job training and coaching to new team members to ensure they have the necessary skills to perform their duties effectively.
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Coordinate and schedule production activities to meet deadlines and ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed and that the work environment is safe and healthy for all employees.
  • Equipment Setup: Set up and maintain equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise and motivate a team of production workers to achieve high levels of productivity and quality.
  • CNC Operations: Operate and maintain computer numerical control (CNC) machines to produce high-quality products.

Requirements
