- Post-secondary education in marketing or business.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales within the consumer packaged goods sector.
- Cross-functional experience in marketing is preferred.
- Strong negotiation and time management abilities.
- Possession of a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Willingness to undergo a criminal background check.
