About the Role

Rio Clean is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Coordinator to join our team. As an Office Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and supporting our team members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team members, including preparing reports, managing schedules, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Project Coordination: Assist in the coordination of projects, including developing project plans, tracking progress, and ensuring timely completion.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including employee data, customer information, and financial records.
  • Marketing Support: Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns, including social media management and event planning.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, proficiency in MS Office, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
