Overview of the Position:
We are seeking a Human Resources Business Partner who is enthusiastic about the HR domain. Reporting directly to the Senior Vice President of Global Human Resources, you will offer strategic guidance on employee engagement, workforce planning, and the development of initiatives aimed at enhancing the attraction and retention of top talent. The HRBP will align the global talent strategy with the organization's objectives to drive outcomes, define and oversee the execution of talent processes and programs, and actively engage in functional leadership teams as a collaborator to the business.
This role encompasses all aspects of international human resources, including organizational development, workforce optimization, performance management, training and development, and cultural transformation. The selected candidate will work closely with the corporate human resources team to ensure that HR initiatives empower employees within their client groups to perform effectively and make a significant impact in their roles, fostering a high-performing workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with leaders as a strategic partner to formulate and execute effective HR strategies and practices that will facilitate the strategic growth of the organization.
- Provide thought leadership on organizational and people-related strategies.
- Educate, mentor, and collaborate with managers on performance management and employee development.
- Work in partnership with the HR team to continuously enhance HR programs and initiatives.
- Promote and accelerate a culture of excellence where individuals feel engaged and motivated to achieve outstanding results.
- Design and implement people strategies and methodologies for assessing and improving organizational effectiveness and employee satisfaction.
- Collaborate with Learning & Development to create value-added programs in training, development, career progression, and job performance.
- Support and actively contribute to fostering a diverse culture that champions inclusion and belonging.
Qualifications and Experience Required:
- Strong business insight and a proven ability to deliver strategic solutions that align with overarching company goals.
- Demonstrated success in driving workforce transformation and optimization.
- 7+ years of experience in Human Resources at a business partner level, preferably in a global high-tech environment.
- Comprehensive understanding of HR principles and best practices.
- Highly analytical with the ability to conceptualize, analyze data, and effectively communicate trends.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple priorities in HR responsibilities.
- Proven track record of successfully implementing impactful programs.
- Service-oriented with the ability to communicate effectively with employees at all levels.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word.
- Familiarity with HRIS Systems.
- Post-secondary education in Human Resources or Business Administration.
