Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic technical leadership and integration across various CMC products within the R&D Digital Technology domain.

• Manage and mentor a team of up to 10 software engineers, guiding their professional development and skill enhancement.

• Supervise up to 30 external engineering contractors, ensuring effective collaboration and alignment on projects.

• Collaborate with other Digital Technology teams, product owners, business units, vendors, and strategic partners to deliver continuous value, maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders.

• Advocate for DevSecOps, Agile methodologies, and contemporary software engineering practices, ensuring their implementation to optimize project outcomes and foster a culture of ongoing improvement and innovation within the team.

Qualifications:

• A Bachelor's degree in a STEM field or equivalent experience.

• Proven experience in leading technology teams and shaping technical strategies.

• Exceptional communication and influencing skills with effective stakeholder management capabilities.

• Extensive knowledge of modern software engineering, with hands-on experience in full-stack development (preferably .net, JavaScript, SQL, Python) and a solid understanding of CI/CD practices.

• Familiarity with Azure cloud services and infrastructure.

• Strong background in Agile and DevSecOps principles.

• Demonstrated expertise in API design and integration of commercial off-the-shelf applications.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in regulated environments.

• Background in developing AI-driven solutions.

• Proficiency with data pipelines and tools such as Azure Data Factory (ADF).

• Experience in data visualization tools like PowerBI.

• Familiarity with low-code platforms such as Mendix.
