About the Role

Brandt is seeking a highly motivated Territory Manager to join our team in the Compact Construction Equipment division. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing business strategies to drive growth and revenue in your assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospect and develop new business opportunities with existing and new customers, staying up-to-date with market trends and identifying potential leads.
  • Maintain and grow existing customer relationships through regular interactions and follow-up to ensure repeat and referral business.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth product knowledge of all compact construction equipment offered by Brandt.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and performance indicators, ensuring timely and accurate completion of sales documentation.
Requirements
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills, with the ability to negotiate and present to potential customers.
  • Ability to travel as needed, with a valid driver's abstract and passport.
  • Proficient computer knowledge and skills, including Microsoft Office suite.
