Responsibilities:

* Develop and execute strategies to drive business growth and customer satisfaction
* Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects and initiatives
* Foster strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
* Analyze market trends and customer performance to inform strategic decisions
* Collaborate with the team to identify growth opportunities and develop strategies to seize them

Requirements:

* 5-7 years of experience in account management or customer service, with at least 2 years in a leadership position
* Agency experience is an asset
* University degree in a related field
* Flawless bilingualism in French and English
* Ability to work in a dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
