Responsibilities:

* Advise customers on business challenges related to technology and digital transformation
* Participate in business proposal development and strategy sessions
* Lead planning sessions and monitor project progress
* Develop and maintain strong business relationships with customers
* Ensure sustained growth and profitability of customer portfolios
* Collaborate with internal departments to identify growth opportunities
* Analyze market trends and customer performance to inform strategic decisions

Requirements:

* 5-7 years' experience in account management or customer service, with at least 2 years in a leadership position
* Agency experience is an asset
* University degree in a related field
* Flawless bilingualism in French and English
* Ability to work in a dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities
