Job Title: Regional Sales Manager

JD Sports is a leading global omnichannel retailer of Sports, Fashion, and Outdoor brands. We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Regional Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts across the Quebec region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop tailored sales strategies for Quebec, monitor trends, and provide feedback to ensure alignment with local preferences
  • Act as a liaison between Quebec sales teams and head office, advocating for regional needs and ensuring effective communication
  • Own sales targets, analyze performance data, and manage the sales budget for Quebec
  • Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team, setting clear goals and providing ongoing training and development
  • Build relationships with key retail partners, execute region-specific promotions, and represent the company at industry events
  • Provide regular sales reports and market insights to inform strategy and decision making
Requirements:
  • Bilingual: Fluency in French and English (written and spoken)
  • Education: Bachelor's in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred
  • Experience: 5-7 years in retail sales management, with 3+ years in leadership roles in Quebec
  • Skills: Strong leadership, analytical, communication, and adaptability skills
  • Travel: Willingness to travel within Quebec and occasionally to other regions
