Job Title: Regional Sales Director

About the Role:
  • Lead a team of Enterprise Account Executives in driving new business acquisition and revenue growth
  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve company growth and revenue objectives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales and revenue growth
  • Manage individual targets and contribute to the overall team and company success
Key Responsibilities:
  • Executive and Influential Networking with Customers and Partners
  • Brand Building and Personal Branding
  • Operational Acumen, including CRM, Forecasting, Reporting, and Analytics
  • Lead a team of Enterprise Account Executives in the pursuit of generating revenue with new and existing business
  • Manage customer satisfaction and develop customer relationships
Requirements:
  • 5-10+ years of managing a high-performing enterprise sales team selling a highly complex technical solution
  • Proven track record of success in a sales-driven organization selling a highly complex technical solution
  • Fluently bilingual in French and English
  • Strong knowledge and practice of MEDDPICC sales methodology
