Job Title: Regional Director of Event Sales

Job Summary:

The Regional Director of Event Sales is a key member of our team, responsible for leading a team of event sales professionals to achieve sales goals and drive business growth. This role requires a strong understanding of the event sales industry, excellent leadership and communication skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of event sales professionals to achieve sales goals and drive business growth
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue and market share
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop solutions
  • Provide coaching and training to team members to improve sales skills and performance
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and partners
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure the team is competitive and innovative

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in event sales or a related field
  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership and team management
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to travel as needed
