Job Title: Regional Director of Event Sales

Job Summary:

The Regional Director of Event Sales is a key member of our team, responsible for driving sales growth and leading a team of event planning professionals. This role requires a strong understanding of the hospitality industry, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to motivate and coach a team to achieve sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets
  • Lead and motivate a team of event specialists to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and operations, to develop and implement sales initiatives
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders to drive sales growth and retention
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in event sales or a related field
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and leading a team to achieve sales goals
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Strong understanding of the hospitality industry and market trends
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions
  • Fluency in French (advanced level)
