Job Summary:

The Regional Director of Event Sales is a key member of our team, responsible for leading a team of event sales professionals to achieve sales goals and exceed customer expectations. This role requires a strong understanding of the hospitality industry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to motivate and lead a team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of event sales professionals to achieve sales goals and exceed customer expectations
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and increase market share
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of events and exceed customer expectations
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure the team is equipped with the latest knowledge and skills

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in event sales or a related field
  • Proven track record of success in sales and leadership roles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to motivate and lead a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
