Material Planner

We're seeking a skilled Material Planner to join our team at BRP. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for planning, releasing, and tracking the delivery of materials and parts needed for production.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and coordinate the delivery of materials and parts to meet production schedules and minimize inventory levels.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of materials.
  • Analyze and optimize supply chain processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, engineering, and quality assurance, to ensure seamless execution of production plans.
  • Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements and cost savings.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as supply chain management, operations management, or business administration.
  • Fluency in spoken and written English and French (4/5) to communicate effectively with internal stakeholders.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office software, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, and experience with SAP.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to negotiate and communicate effectively with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
