Material Planner

We're seeking a skilled Material Planner to join our team at BRP. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for planning, releasing, and tracking the delivery of materials and parts needed for production.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and coordinate the delivery of materials and parts to meet production schedules and minimize inventory levels.
  • Collaborate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient delivery of materials.
  • Analyze and optimize supply chain processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to negotiate favorable terms and ensure a stable supply of materials.
  • Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements to enhance the overall efficiency of our operations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as operations management or supply chain management.
  • Fluency in English and French (written and spoken) to communicate effectively with internal stakeholders.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office software, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
