We are seeking a highly skilled Material & Logistics Planner to join our team at BRP.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, release, and track the delivery of materials and parts needed for production to meet production schedules and maintain optimal inventory levels.
- Collaborate closely with suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of materials and parts.
- Develop and implement just-in-time inventory management strategies to minimize inventory costs and maximize efficiency.
- Analyze and optimize supply chain processes to improve delivery times and reduce costs.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including production, procurement, and quality assurance, to ensure seamless execution of production plans.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in supply chain management, procurement, or logistics.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Strong knowledge of supply chain management principles, including just-in-time inventory management and lean manufacturing.
