PK Park Royal Food Inc is a dynamic and fast-paced restaurant company that is seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team.
Key Responsibilities- Determine Service Offerings and Operational Procedures
The successful candidate will be responsible for determining the type of services to be offered and implementing operational procedures to ensure seamless execution.
Conduct Performance ReviewsOur ideal candidate will conduct regular performance reviews to assess employee performance and provide constructive feedback for growth and development.
Ensure Health and Safety RegulationsThe Restaurant Operations Manager will ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed to maintain a safe working environment for employees and customers alike.
Address Customer ConcernsThe successful candidate will be responsible for addressing customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner.
Plan and Direct Daily OperationsOur ideal candidate will plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure maximum efficiency and productivity.
Work Conditions and Physical CapabilitiesThe Restaurant Operations Manager will work in a fast-paced environment and must be able to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
Experience and QualificationsThe successful candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in a restaurant management role and a strong understanding of business operations.
